Julie M Oneill is a UK based Artist who resides between Birmingham and the North West Cumbrian coast. A practitioner who utilises a multi disciplined approach which can include film/video, performance, photography, sculpture and text with themes of home, workplace, architecture and landscapes consistent in her work. Julie has exhibited both in the UK and Europe, coordinated socially engaged arts practice projects, and has taught Fine Art and Visual Communication.

A collaborative project due to take place early 2022 on the West Cumbrian coast in Kells, the site of the chemical factory formally known as ‘Marchon Ltd’. The project will explore notions of legacy and memories caught between the workplace and home settings through a range of mediums including film, sound, performance and embroidery, the resulting work will be shown in exhibition at The Beacon Museum Gallery & Museum early 2023.
